
INSURANCE INFORMATION AND ENROLLMENT
Mueller Family McDonald's offers optional health insurance coverage to all full-time (30 hours/week or more) employees. Our annual open-enrollment period is September 1-30th and coverage start date is October 1. Please navigate through all options when making a selection. If you missed open-enrollment, but you've experienced a qualifying life event (ie; marriage, child birth, divorce, loss of coverage, promotion to salary), use the special enrollment form below.

Employees enrolled in our health care plan are automatically enrolled in our Health Advocate program. This is a hotline employees can use to understand their healthcare choices, learn about symptoms and medication use, and get help with non-emergency medical issues.
