We're here for you.
At Mueller Family McDonald’s, our people are the heart of our business. We’re committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive workplace where every employee feels valued and heard.
We encourage open, honest communication and believe that most issues can be best resolved by speaking directly with your manager or another member of your leadership team. However, we understand that sometimes you may need additional support. Our Human Resources team and confidential reporting line are available to help when concerns can’t be comfortably addressed through normal channels.
Use this page to report workplace concerns such as harassment, discrimination, safety issues, or other serious matters. Every report is taken seriously, handled promptly, and treated with the highest level of confidentiality and care.
