As much as you love working for Mueller Family McDonald's, some of you may be thinking about the future and spending your later years not worrying so much about Big Macs and French Fries!

To enroll in our 401k Plan, you must meet the following criteria:

​

• Employed by the company for 1 year+

• Be 21 years of age or older

• Have worked at least 1,000 hours in the last year

Our company matches the first 3% of your contributions at 100% and then 50% of the next 2% after that.   Additionally,  we do profit sharing at the end of the year and employees receive funds after the first quarter of the following year.
